You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges please contact your local customs office to find out more information.


All shoes can be returned for a full credit if not worn and in brand new condition. Shoes must be sent back to us within 14 days in original box and shoe bags.


We are more than happy to exchange your shoes.

If you wish to return any item please do so with 14 days or purchase. The item must have not been worn or damaged in any way and with original box and shoe bags.

We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of ordering in the UK and within 7-10 days for Europe. Rest of the world usually within 10 to 15 days.
