By placing an order via our website you confirm that
– You are at least 18 years of age
– You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract
– You are purchasing goods as a consumer and not as a wholesale purchase.
When making a purchase we require your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, email address and payment details.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your order, to confirm receipt of this order by Edinburgh brogues Ltd.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are in supply, occasionally some items may be out of stock. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we will contact you via telephone or email and offer you an alternative or we can arrange a refund accordingly.
We will confirm despatch of your order via email.
Orders placed prior to 13.00 are sent same working day (Monday-Friday only). Orders placed after 13.00 on Friday will be sent the following Monday.
If you have not received your delivery within 4 working days (UK Delivery addresses only) for in stock items, please contact us.
All our orders are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address etc. when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
If you are not in when we first try to deliver they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier company to arrange redelivery.
*Deliveries to certain postcodes may take longer.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Edinburgh Brogues Ltd order you may return it to us within 28 days. We currently don’t offer a free return service. You have to pay the postage to return the item back to us.
It is very important that items to be refunded or exchanged are returned to us in a saleable condition. When trying items on, please do not crease the uppers or scratch the finish on leather soles. Please return any items in the original packaging with any labels, tags, etc. still attached.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund or exchange for items that have been worn.
Please repackage the shoes as appropriate
On receipt of your return, we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us. Exchanges can be delivered within the UK only.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Edinburgh Brogues Ltd as soon as possible.
Please note that it may not always be possible to prevent an order being sent, once it has been processed by our warehouse. In these circumstances you are welcome to return these for a refund or exchange these goods upon receipt, subject to our standard returns conditions.
